Teresa Clark, Certified Health Coach
My Story
I would like to extend a warm welcome and introduce myself to each and
every one of you! My name is Teresa C. Clark and it is my pleasure to
embark on a journey of health and wellness with you!
I have been passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle for the entirety
of my adulthood. Fueling your mind, body and soul with healthy habits and
positive energy will aid you in tackling some of life’s biggest challenges and
enjoying momentous occasions!
My dear husband lost his battle against a brain tumor 20 years ago,
leaving me to raise our sons, Ryan and Joshua on my own. Thanks to a
positive mindset, healthy habits and a well balanced diet, I had the will and
the energy to care for my family and for my personal well being!
Four years ago, I was hit with a devastating diagnosis- Stage 1, Breast Cancer.
I researched my options and chose surgery and holistic medicine in order
to win the fight! Guess what? I WON!
Through God's healing hands, prayers, and obedience of His words, only Him did I rely on to heal my body. Our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit and our minds are to have positive thoughts. Having stress in your life can take a toll on your health when you least expect it. I choose positive mindset and I choose wholesome foods the way God intended for all to eat.
I love my family and friends. I Corithians 13:13 says "And now these things remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love." I am blessed!
Today I am the proud grandmother of two little girls, who embody peace
and light. And they are part of the reason that I want to push myself to be
my best self and to help others just like you!
Through courses at the Wellness health Institute with Dr. Sears in
Colorado Springs, I have become a Certified Health Coach. I emphasize
the LEAN approach: Lifestyle. Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition.
I look forward to our journey of wellness! Let’s honor our bodies and fuel
them so that we may live long, healthy and happy lives!
With love and many blessings to all,
Teresa
